Where is my order?
Once an order is placed, please allow 5-8 business days for the order to be packed and shipped since this is a handmade blend. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@blossombybuchanan.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, an email must be sent within 2 days of delivery to process next steps.
Hair growth & use of bb oil
Will this oil make my hair grow back?
While BB oil promotes hair growth, we cannot guarantee or promise that this oil will 100% make your hair grow back. There could be underlying conditions as to why your hair may not be growing that we encourage you to look into. We advise you to use the BB oil daily and stay consistent. In addition to daily use, it will be helpful to complete a split ends treatment once a week. Apply oil to ends of hair, place a processing cap on head and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse and proceed with shampooing.
Why is my hair not growing? What are your suggestions to help?
There are many reasons why hair loss or lack of hair growth happen. Some include:
- Hormone imbalances in DHT, vitamin D, iron, thyroid, estrogen, progesterone insulin, cortisol and androgens.
- Lack of protein
- Traction alopecia caused by the hair being pulled in the same way for a long time. Traction alopecia can happen to anyone who wears their hair pulled back tightly, whether in braids, dreadlocks, or a ponytail. It can also occur when tight headwear is used in the same way every day.
- Lack of water or not living a healthy lifestyle
Herbs that we have put in our oil help stimulate hair growth but in addition to using the oil we advise you make sure all of the following we mentioned are in good condition.
Lastly, it’s best to limit the amount of times you use heat on your hair. Studies show, heat damage doesn't necessarily cause hair loss from the hair follicle, but be mindful that hair can become more prone to breakage as the result of heat damage. Hair care is a process and consistency is key. We pray our oil helps you reach your goals!
